At Acorn Financial Planning Ltd we are fully committed to providing a first class ongoing service to our Clients. We believe that our charges should be clear and concise, so that they are easy to understand.
In exchange for a charge of 0.50% of the funds under management (minimum £250 per annum) we will provide an ongoing service all year round, including as many of the following services as you may request. We will agree with you how and when this charge is taken.
For example, if your funds under management are £100,000 service is available for £500 per annum. This may be payable directly by yourself or it may be possible to pay it directly from your Contract.
- Annual Review Meeting at our Offices in Cheltenham, or a mutually agreed location, or over the telephone if your circumstances do not allow a face to face meeting.
- Access to our Client Team who will respond and deal with ad hoc telephone / Email enquiries
- Facilitate fund switches / redirections
- Rebalancing where applicable
- Checking and forwarding Policy Documentation as appropriate
- Updating Provider of Changes of your Address
- Assist Higher Rate Tax payers to claim additional tax relief, where applicable
- Handle Premium collection problems
- Obtain and forward Policy Valuations to you
- Deal with queries from Product Provider
- Arrange for Death Benefit Nominationsto be updated
- Dealing with Death Claims
At any time you can decide to stop paying for our services. Your charges will be reduced accordingly, but Acorn Financial Planning Ltd will then no longer provide the services listed above. As the charges are based on funds under Management, you should be aware that it will increase or decrease as the fund changes in value, Additional / Bespoke services can be agreed between ourselves
